Frac Tank Hose (FRAC)

Our Frac Tank Hose (FRAC) is made up of a black SBR/Nitrile blend cover with high-tensile tire cord plies and a wire helix reinforcement, and a black oil-resistant compounded elastomer. 442060 and 442080 has a black Nitrile inner tube for use with refined fuels such as commercial gasoline and diesel fuels.

With the addition of new crimping equipment, 4-STAR Hose & Supply now has the ability to crimp industrial and oilfield hoses up to 10 inches in diameter as seen in the picture to the left. We feel that using these crimp sleeves provides superior gripping ability over the banding material commonly found on frac tank manifold hoses, which in turn helps to prevent fitting blowouts and expensive downtime and cleanup.

Medium: Fresh and saltwater, tank bottoms, crude oil, drilling muds, and mild solutions of hydrochloric acids. 442060 and 442080 are compatible with refined fuels such as commercial gasoline and diesel.
Pressure: 150 PSI
Ends: Most common ends include but are not limited to Cam & Groove or Contractor Fittings, King Combination Nipples with screwed on couplings, Flanges, or Hammer Unions, and Frac Fittings with ACME or FIG100 threads.
